He moved to California to pursue his studies in Automotive Design at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. He is also a talented photographer, and his images have appeared in industry publications. \u201cWayne has the qualities and drive to be successful. I am happy for him and knowing that the winner fit all our criteria\u201d, said Aaron Sanchez, the scholarship committee chairman.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph
